Mr. Katz served in the elite Ministry of Defense technological R&D unit – operating within the electro-optics division, working on R&D projects from the initial concept validation to final product testing, handling outsourced purchasing requirements, collaborating and coordinating people of almost all disciplines. Mr. Katz is a civilian aircraft pilot at the Golden Wings Ltd. located at the Haifa Airport, and completing a B.Sc In Computer science and LL.B in Law Studies at Haifa University Law School.

Dr. Tenne received his D.Sc. from the Technion Institute in Haifa and now holds more than 18 years of experience in management of high-tech companies.
 
Benjamin P. Sabbah
» Business Development Manager
Mr. Sabbah received his B.Sc.(summa cum laude) and M.Sc. Electrical engineering from the Technion, Israel. He has over 35 years of experience in management of high-tech companies.
He was co- founder of Elscint Ltd. (more than 3,000 employees worldwide), which operated in the diagnostic medical imaging market, including N.M.R.  C.T.  ultrasound, gamma nuclear and X-Ray modalities. From 1968 to 1991 he served as R&D manager, Chief Operating Officer, president and Chief Executive Officer. In 1992 he set up Elscintec, a subsidiary of Elscint, to build up the radiological and cardiological ultrasound business line and the X-ray mammography business line. In 1992 he co-founded a company for ASIC design, which was joined ventured with Elscint.
In 1995 he joined Camtek ltd, designer and manufacturer of automatic optical inspection system for PCB manufacturer, as Executive V.P. of R&D until retirement on 2004.
 
Dr. Rafael M. Levin Ph.D.

Dr. Levin received his Ph.D. from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel.
In the years 1995 – 2003 he was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tower Semiconductor Ltd.
From 1993 to 1995 Dr. Levin was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tower Semiconductor Ltd.
From 1984 through March 1993 he served he in various capacities at the Migdal Haemek integrated circuit manufacturing facility of National Semiconductor Ltd., including Manufacturing Services Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product Engineering Manager. From 1980 through 1983 he was member of the technical staff in Bell labs.

Prof. Yeshayau (Shai) Katz M.D. D.Sc.
» Israel - Advisor for Clinical Research and R&D
Prof. Katz is an M.D. and D.Sc. in Medical Sciences (Pharmacology). He holds extensive in-vitro and in-vivo clinical research experience and publications in the field of neural research. He is the director of the Department of Anesthesiology at Rambam Medical Center and the laboratory for Anesthesia, Pain and Neural Research at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
 
Priv.-Doz. Dr. Dirk W. Droste
» Leverkusen, Germany – Scientific Advisor
Dr. Droste has studied medicine at the University of Freiburg (Germany), and visiting professor at the  Faculté de Médecine Cochin-Port Royal, Paris, at the University of Massachusetts, and at St. George’s Hospital Medical School, London. He has a solid neurological training with certificates in neurosonology, EEG, evoked potentials, electromyography and nerve conduction studies, and intensive care. He is instructor in EEG and ultrasound and has a diploma of medical economics.
Dr. Droste was chairman at 7 scientific congresses, he is a member of 9 scientific societies, reviewer for 13 scientific journals (including STROKE and CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASES) and he is member of the editorial board of EUROPEAN NEUROLOGY. Since his thesis in 1987 in neurosurgery, he has done research and teaching on the cerebral circulation and the prevention, the diagnosis, and the treatment of stroke. He was head of the cerebrovascular research group in Münster and supervised 15 medical theses. He is author of more than 100 scientific articles, 7 book chapters and 81 abstracts. He obtained 7 scientific grants (German Academic Exchange Service/NATO, Heinrich-Hertz-Foundation, German Ministry of Education and Research), participated in 5 interventional trials, and received two scientific awards (German Society of Ultrasound in Medicine and Radiological Society of North America). He gave 45 scientific conferences upon invitation, 19 scientific conferences, and 66 educational conferences.
Since January 2003 he works in Luxembourg at the Centre Hospitalier to set up the stroke service together with Dr. R. Metz. He is still attached to the University of Münster, where he can use the facilities including the biomedical and statistics department. He will become a professor of Neurology at the University of Münster in 2005.
 
Dr. Francois Tranquart M.D.
» Tours, France – Scientific Advisor
Dr. Tranquart has a Degree in Nuclear Medicine, and he is in charge of the Ultrasound Unit in the Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound Department (Pr POURCELOT, CHU Bretonneau, TOURS, France)and the Centre d'Investigation Technologique dedicated to ultrasound (unique center in France).
Major topics: vascular ultrasound, obstetrics and gynecology, abdominal imaging and transplants.
His main research areas are at brain nuclear medicine, imaging: perfusion and neurotransmission in newborns and adults, ultrasound: contrast agents, ultrasound technology, foetal diagnosis (vascular).
Dr. Tranquart is a member of the following scientific societies:

Dr. Tranquart has16 chapters in books, 45 international papers, 52 national papers and more than 200 oral and poster communications.
In charge of ultrasound teaching in national degrees (vascular imaging and obstetrics and gynecology) at the medical education in Medical University (Tours).
 
Dr. Lazaro Gotloib M.D.

Dr. Lazaro Gotloib is the Director of the Kornach Laboratory for Experimental Nephrology and former chairman of the Department of Nephrology & Hypertension, HaEmek Medical Center, Afula, Israel. He is an international leading figure in the world of dialysis, having forty years of experience in this field. Dr. Gotloib is a member of the Editorial Board and reviewer for the most prestigious international nephrology journals (among them Kidney International, Nephrology, Dialysis & Transplantation, Nephron). He published more than 160 articles, lectured in over 130 international symposiums, and has five inventions. He received eight awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, and the International Vicenza Award. for the contributions in the field of Peritoneal Dialysis.
 
Dr. Zvi Friedman Ph.D

Dr. Friedman is a doctor of physics and holds years of ultrasound development experience. He is the acting Director of clinical research and R&D for a high-tech company. He has accumulated extensive experience with FDA compatible products and is a renowned expert in all areas of product development in hardware, software and product evaluation.
